Simply send through your guests names in the order you would like them to appear (alphabetical or by table) along with their seating arrangements, and we will add them to the chart. Ordering at least two weeks before your wedding day will allow enough time for design and for you to have it printed.

We are more than happy to make adjustments to the proof but please note completely changing the order of the guests from alphabetical to table number or vise versa, will require a complete redesign and a new file will need to be purchased. Please ensure you have your guest list in the order you would like it to appear.
