This listing is for one cake banner only, bride and groom toppers are not included but can be ordered separately or as a set. The banner in the fourth photo is shown with the 4 inch bride and groom topper.

+ Current Turnaround Time

The current wait time for this item is 5 business days before shipment. We recommended that you order this item at least 2 weeks before you need it if you live in the US; at least 5 weeks before you need it if you live anywhere other than the US. If you need it sooner than that, we can usually do a rush order. Please contact us before you place an order if you need it rushed.

We only send a proof before shipment for this item if you order a custom color (any color that is not shown in the sample sheet) or if you request a proof. This will extend the wait time before shipment to 10 business days total – 5 days for a proof to be sent to you and 5 days production time. If you’d like to see a proof before shipment, please request one when you leave us your customization information.

+ Ordering Process

After you place your order, please send us a message via Wedzu message with your text and color. Once you place an order and send us your info, we will have it ready to ship within 5 business days (excluding major US holidays).

If you order a color other than those that are shown in the sample sheet or request the optional proof, we will send it to you within 5 business days. We only send proofs via Wedzu message so please check back in 5 business days or set up your convos to automatically email to you. Once you approve the proof or we make any necessary changes, we will have the item ready to ship within 5 business days (excluding major US holidays).

We are happy to make the banner any color you’d like but if you need customization beyond what is shown in the options, please contact us for a quote. Because proof changes can take up to a couple of business days each, please be as specific as possible when ordering any custom colors (dark green, royal blue, etc).

+ What We Need To Know

After you order, please send us a message via Wedzu messages ( https://www.wedzu.com/manage/messages/new?message%5Brecipient_id%5D=78 ):

> Your text to be printed on the banner, up to 15 characters including spaces works best, but longer names and phrases can work too. Text will be printed in the same all caps typeface. Connecting words like and, et, e, etc are in a script typeface as shown in the listing or you can choose & or + instead.

> Banner color choice. Please see the last photo of the listing for color options. Click the photo for the best view. Our descriptions of color are labeled under each sample. Don’t see any colors that will work? Please indicate your color preference at check out – be specific. This will require an additional 5 business day wait time so we can generate a proof for you before shipment.

> The diameter of your cake top so I can determine how far apart to place the skewers OR the amount of space you’d like between your skewers. If no diameter is left when ordering or you aren’t sure about the size of your cake, skewers will be placed 4 inches apart which is suitable for almost all cakes.

+ Shipping

We ship USPS first class unless otherwise arranged. Cake banners are shipped attached to a rigid cardboard, inside a sealed plastic sleeve in a box.

+ Product Details

Banner measures about 1 1/2 inches tall by about 8 inches wide, printed on heavy, 100lb antique white card stock. The banner is securely mounted on 8 inch food safe wooden skewers that can easily be cut with scissors to a shorter length if necessary. The distance placed between the skewers is based on the diameter of your cake top or at a distance of your request. This banner’s skewers are 5 inches apart and is shown on a 9 inch round cake.

The banner printed on card stock from the French Paper Company. This cardstock is 100% recycled and the company has used hydroelectric power to fuel its plant since 1922. Very cool.

We take care to be sure our photos are as color-accurate as possible but please remember that computer monitors may display colors differently and may vary from the colors of the actual object!
